Jun 26th

Changing table dresser – Fortunately, with a little ingenuity and imagination, you can give an agency double duty by converting it into a changing table. You will not only save some much needed money, you will also free up space in the nursery. Choose an agency that is a comfortable height and has ample drawer space. Cut the fabric to the design bureau top, add 2 1/2 to 3 inches on each side to accommodate the padding.

Place the fabric over the foam so that the edges extend below the upper edge of the Agency on all sides. Beginning at the front of the dresser, the fold over the raw edge of the fabric so that it is even with the edge of the changing table dresser top. Continue with the rear edge, pulling the fabric tightly over the foam. Go on to each side, slanted corners as if wrapping a package.

Cut the decorative molding to the length of the front and sides of the agency, adding 2 inches to the length of wrapping around to the back of the bureau. Glue the trim to the agency side, covering staples. Trim should cover all dresser edges and extend 1 inch on each side of the back of the changing table dresser. Hold the trim in place until it begins to follow.
